Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

A Synchronous Motor is a device capable of converting electrical energy into mechanical energy, which works through the principle of electromagnetic induction.  Synchronous motor is mainly composed of two parts: stator and rotor.  

The stator is composed of an electromagnet ring and a winding. After the winding is energized, a magnetic field is generated, and the polarity of the magnetic field changes with the change of current.  The rotor is composed of a permanent magnet whose magnetic field interacts with the stator's magnetic field to generate torque that drives the rotor to rotate.  

Synchronous motors have the following characteristics:  

1. High efficiency: The efficiency of synchronous motors is usually more than 90%, which can effectively convert electrical energy into mechanical energy.  

2. High speed stability: The speed of the synchronous motor is proportional to the frequency of the power supply, so it has a high speed stability.  

3. High power factor: The power factor of synchronous motor is usually above 0.8, which can effectively use electric energy.  

4. High rigidity: the rotor of the synchronous motor uses permanent magnets, which has high rigidity and can withstand large loads.  

5, high precision control: synchronous motor has a high control accuracy, can achieve accurate position and speed control.  

Synchronous motors are widely used in industrial production, especially where the speed and position need to be precisely controlled, such as machine tools, wind turbines, electric vehicles and so on.  At the same time, synchronous motors are also used in household appliances, office equipment and other fields.
